Welcome to the Gold Cup!

This tournament takes place during the Dofus Qualifier rounds and is reserved for Gold League teams.

This first edition of the Gold Cup brings together TDS, Rafale, Ici Japon Corp., FromTheAbyss and Externam.

Winners: credit on tournament accounts of Battler Cloaks and Helmets V1 and V2 for the end of the season.

Finalists: a €50 FullLife capsule for each player.

General

The tournaments rules include the general rules.

All times are in CET.

The tournament takes place from 27/08/23 to 05/09/23 according to the schedule present in the Calendar tab. It is composed of playoffs in double elimination.

The preparation time after the draft is 15 minutes.

Each Gold team must be in their assigned voice room on the KTA Discord server during each of their games (draft and preparation included). It is forbidden to receive any outside assistance from outside the team from the beginning of a draft until the end of the associated match.

Bracket

The confrontations are played in BO3 (best of 3 games). The team from the Winner Bracket has the choice of letter for matches 1 and 3. If both teams come from the same Bracket, then the higher-ranked team in general has the choice of letter for matches 1 and 3. In the final, the team from the Winner Bracket has the choice of letter for all 3 matches.

Drafts are made as games go on and must be launched within 10 minutes of the previous match, with no possible delay.

The double bracket format has been adapted for 5 teams.

The first round is determined by the overall season rankings, with teams of opposite rankings playing against each other, and with the best team getting a free win.

The highest-ranked team in the overall standings winning on the first day is directly qualified for the third day.

Losing teams advance to the Loser Bracket. In the event of defeat in the Loser Bracket, teams are eliminated.
